Rosemary Jane Cole (Bielinski) of Dayton, MN (previously of Minneapolis), passed
away peacefully on July 22, 2025. She was born on May 23, 1939.
Rosemary was born on May 23, 1939, in Minneapolis, Minnesota. She graduated from
Roosevelt High School in 1957. She worked at St. Mary’s Hospital, JC Penney Hi-Lake
and later worked for the Minneapolis public schools as everyone’s favorite lunch lady.
She married Roger Cole in 1957 and together they raised 4 children, 1 grandchild and 1
great grandchild. She loved camping, fishing, playing cards and had a wonderful gift to
gab!
She is preceded in death by her parents Frank and Cecelia Bielinski, sister Suzanne
Delor, sister-in-law Nancy Bielinski, brother Donald Bielinski, brother-in-law Dave
Kammerer and nephews Brian “Willy” Edgell and Brett Edgell.
She is survived by her husband Roger Cole, children; Chuck Cole, Jane Cole, Greg
(Linda) Cole and Lisa Cole. Grandchildren Erica (Greg) Hanson, John Turner and Justin
(Kayce) Cole, Great Grandchildren Sara (Andy) Ludders, Kailey Hanson, David
Hanson, Zachary Hanson, Freddie Turner and Christian Cole. Great grandchildren
Castiel “CJ” Ludders and Rosemary “Rosie” Ludders. Sister of Frank Bielinski, Eloise
“Ellie” Kammerer, Lorraine “Cookie” (Terry) Farrington and many nieces, nephews and
cousins.
Service will be held at:

12:00 PM with a visitation 1 hour prior at 11 AM.
