Salatiel Hernandez

Salatiel Nicolas Hernandez-Patino, 34 of Fridley MN passed away on 10/15/2025.

Nico was born on 1/20/1991 to Salatiel Hernandez Castillo and Maria Concepcion Patino Bocanegra in Mexico City MX.  He starting working in restaurants at a very young age and loved the kitchen kickstarting a 20 year career in becoming a restaurant owner of Guac N Roll in New Richmond, WI. In 2010 Nico met Bobbi Lynn at Loring’s Pasta Bar. Nico and Bobbi Lynn went on to have 2 children, Salatiel Nicolas Hernandez and Gabriel Sabastian Hernandez; his daughter, Iris Hernandez; step children; Adriana Luisa Ramirez, Josiah Duncan Modean and Jade Elizabeth Modean. Nico is survived by his wife, Bobbi Lynn his two sons Nicolas and Gabriel; his mother and father Maria and Salatiel; brothers, Vladimir and Giobani Hernandez as well as many other aunts, uncles, cousins, nieces, nephews and loved ones. Services will be held at Bradshaw Celebration of Life Center, 2800 Curve Crest Boulevard, Stillwater, MN on Tuesday, 10/21/2025 at 12:00pm.
