After hard battle of heart failure. Sam Houen pass away on May 31 at 8.25pm. Sam was born in Phnom Penh Cambodia. Sam was known to everyone as a Dad figure. Sam had the most generous heart. He was so talented and was a handy man. Sam is survived by his wife, four sons, one daughter, eight grandchildren. The family greatly appreciate all the support and love during this hard time.
