Age 35, died on February 28, 2004 of heart failure before receiving a heart transplant. Survived by parents, Sammie L. Shoals Sr. and Brenda J. Kadi; daughter, Talaya Lawson-Shoals; brothers, Andre and Steven; grandparents, Ernest Shoals and Thelma Rose. Also survived by many aunts, uncles, cousins and friends.
Sammy was an Anesthesiologist Attendant at Regions Hospital, and a graduate of St. Paul Central High School.
Service Saturday 12:30 PM at BRADSHAW 1078 Rice Street at Magnolia. Visitation 1 A� hours prior to service at funeral home. Memorials are preferred. Interment Elmhurst Cemetery.
