Scott Willard Rose

Age 65 of Oakdale

Passed away on June 6, 2026. Scott lived in Detroit Lakes for a lot of his childhood. He spent many years in Glidden, Wisconsin before he moved to Oakdale, Minnesota. Scott retired from the United States Postal Service in 2016 after working there for 31 years. He was an avid fisherman, golfer, and pool player. He loved the outdoors and spent a lot of time taking pictures of nature. He had a wonderful sense of humor and kept us all laughing at get togethers. He was a loving father, grandfather, brother, uncle and friend.

Scott is preceded in death by his parents, George and Lila; and former wife, Wendy.

He is survived by his children, Kyle Williams and Danni Rose (Chase Two Crow); grandchildren, Ari and Murphy Two Crow; siblings, George (Laurie), Greg, Cheryl (Ron Lambert), and Michelle (Robert) Hodgkins; and many loving nieces and nephews.

Celebration of Life 3pm Saturday, June 13th at Bradshaw, 2800 Curve Crest Blvd., Stillwater, with visitation beginning at 1pm. In lieu of flowers, memorials preferred.
