Pietz, Shirley Ann (nee Eklund)
Age 85, of Golden Valley, passed away peacefully on July 17, 2015. Preceded in death by parents, Albin Eklund, Selma Eklund Sechler; and sister, Arlene Laraiso. She will be sadly missed by husband of over 67 years, Kermit; children, Diane (Bill) Gilbertson, Jerry (Terryl), Kathleen (Jim) McJunkin, Tom (Kris), and Rob (Lori); 15 grandchildren; 13 great-grandchildren; other relatives and friends. Shirley loved playing Bridge, going to church and most of all, her time spent with family. She was a very social person. Service Wednesday. 10:00 A.M. at CALVARY LUTHERAN CHURCH, 7520 Golden Valley Road. Interment Fort Snelling National Cemetery. Visitation one hour prior to the service at church. Memorials are preferred to Calvary Lutheran Church.
