Age 44, of Coon Rapids, passed away September 17, 2026.

Stacy was born on October 4, 1981 in Anoka, Minnesota, to Patrick John OConnor and Misty Lorie Bartels. She graduated from Coon Rapids High School in 2000. Stacy spent many years working for Marmon Industries as a piecework kit assembler putting together kits like those needed in biomedical assembly. After being laid off in May 2025, Stacy spent her days participating in the Day Program at Rise. At Rise, Stacy was able to spend her days doing the things she loved including gardening, going for walks, Project Power activities, day trips to movies, shopping and anywhere one could pamper themselves like getting her hair done or mani-pedi's. She loved to go to restaurants, especially if it included steak, but her all-time favorite was Caribou Coffee where her go-to was a Caramel High Rise Cooler. She was always a kind and loving person, always complimenting others, especially their fashionable clothes. Stacy lived her life to the fullest up until the end, having spent the day before her passing at a lovely picnic at the Aquator Park in her brand new outfit, where she had so much fun with her friends. She will be greatly missed. Stacy was preceded in death by her grandparents, Loren and June Bartels; uncle Rob and aunt Deb Bartels. She is survived by her mother, Misty OConnor. A Celebration of life for Stacy will be held on Friday, October 16, at Bradshaw - Minnehaha 3131 Minnehaha Ave S, Minneapolis, MN 55406, with a visitation 1 hour prior at 12 noon.
