Of Minneapolis, died Monday, January 3, 2011 at home unexpectedly at the age of 60. Preceded in death by parents, Allan & Louise. Steve is survived by wife, Nancy; son, Blake (Laura); daughter, Stephanie; grandchildren, Rylan and Brielle; brothers, Jeffrey (Kathy), Scott (Karen), Allan (Lori); sister, Pamela Hawkinson; many nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends. Steve was a Vietnam Veteran. He retired from Medtronic after 39 years. He was an avid collector and enjoyed working on small engines and spending time at his cabin. Service Friday, 12:00 P.M. at ST PEDER'S LUTHERAN CHURCH, 4600 - East 42nd Street. Interment Lakewood Cemetery. Visitation Thursday, 5-7pm at BRADSHAW (McDivitt-Hauge), 3131 Minnehaha Avenue South and also one hour prior to the service at church. In lieu of flowers, memorials are preferred to donor's choice.
