Longtime resident of Illahee, WA.
Died peacefully in her sleep on October 13, 2015. Preceded in death by husband, Vincent; brothers, Marvel and Henry Mathre and beloved aunt 'Tante' Adeline. Survived by children, Kristine (Bruce) Young, John (Carolyn), Kathleen (Marcus) Dunbar, Robert, David (Carol); 12 grandchildren; 4 great-grandchildren; brother, Jerome Mathre and many beloved nieces and nephews. She was an active member of Emmanuel Lutheran Church and the Sons of Norway in Bremerton. A memorial service will be held on Sunday, October 25, 2015 at 2PM at RESURRECTION LUTHERAN CHURCH, 9925 Bailey Road, Woodbury with a visitation one hour prior to the service. Her interment at Miller Woodlawn cemetery in Bremerton will be arranged at a future time.
