Tammy Prelgo was born on August 30, 1967 in Saint Paul, Minnesota, to Jacquelyn Ann (Mitchell) Hernandez and Richard Joseph Prelgo.

Tammy was often described as hardworking, dedicated, witty, loud, and loving. She loved spending time with her children and grandchildren, and will be dearly missed by her family and friends.

Tammy was preceded in death by her parents; Jacquelyn (Mitchell) Hernandez and Richard Prelgo.

She is survived by her children, Jacquelyn, Jesse, and Skye Prelgo; her siblings, Joe Prelgo (Sandi) and Lori Prelgo; her nine grandchildren and two great-grandchildren; and her many nieces and nephews.
