Schwartz, Teri Jean Age 38, beloved wife and mother. Passed away unexpectedly on January 27, 2008. Survived by husband, Tim; sons, Tim and Ben; parents, Larry and Nancy Johnson; sister, Lori (Tom) martin; brother, Mike; In-laws, Sydney and Judy Schwartz; nieces and nephews. She will be greatly missed by Boy Scout Troup #145 and Venture Crew # 132. Memorial service Thursday 2:00PM with visitation one hour prior at MEMORIAL LUTHERAN CHURCH 15730 Afton Boulevard, Afton.
