Theresa Hernandez, age 58, passed away unexpectedly on June 3, 2025, in Saint Paul, Minnesota.

Theresa was a loving mother, cherished friend, and the heart of her family. Known for her unwavering strength, generous spirit, and warm, nurturing soul, she touched the lives of everyone who had the privilege of knowing her. Whether through her warm smile, her comforting words, or her selfless acts of kindness, Theresa made sure others felt loved and supported-often putting others before herself.

She was a woman of deep faith and compassion, with a quiet strength that carried her family through life's challenges. Her home was a place of laughter, love, and comfort-a reflection of her own heart. Her sense of humor, comforting voice, and warm hugs will be forever missed.

Though her passing was sudden, the legacy she leaves behind is profound. She will be remembered not just for what she did, but for who she was-an anchor, a light, and a constant source of love.

A Visitation for Theresa will be held on Thursday, June 12, from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM at Bradshaw Funeral Home (1078 Rice Street).

A Mass of Christian Burial will take place on Friday, June 13, at 11:00 AM at Our Lady of Guadalupe Church (401 Concord Street), with visitation beginning one hour prior and a celebration to follow.

She will be deeply missed and forever remembered by those who loved her.
