Passed away peacefully
Survived by wife, Bev; children, Richard Foster and Susan Foster; grandchildren, Tristan, Cody, Rochelle and Dakota; brother, Sisto Jr.; sisters, Agnes, Delores, Rosie, Connie and Mona; many nieces and nephews; special friends, Tony Luna and Bobby Moreno. Member of DT-Alano Society for 16 years. Service Monday, 2:00PM at THE RECOVERY CHURCH, 252 State St., St. Paul. Visitation one hour prior to the service. In lieu of flowers memorials preferred.
