Tony Medjanyk 

Passed away unexpectedly Monday May 20th.  Preceded in death by parents, Maria and John; and brother, Michael.  Survived by wife of 41 years, Mary Jo; daughters, Kira (Luke) Allen, Rebecca (Dan) Hommes, and Larissa (Nick) Mullesch; grandchildren, Nathan, Madelyn, Braydon, Dean, Pheobe, Jack, Miles, and Riley; brother, John (Sharon); nephews, Michael (Sharon), Bill (Denise) and Dan.

Born August 17th, 1950 in Walterboro, South Carolina in a cabin in the woods. Tony loved his trains, retiring after more than 23 years as an electrician with BNSF.  He spent much time in his yard gardening with his wife, Mary Jo;  running his “backyard train”; building his indoor 'n' scale layout and playing Byrds music on his guitars. He was also very proud of his Ukranian heritage and loved making kapusta and borscht for his family. He was an amazing husband, father, and grandfather, passing down his love of trains to all his grandsons. He will forever be missed.
