Age 54 of Somerset, WI on January 21, 2012. Preceded in death by father, William and brother-in-law, Larry Forrest. Survived by children, Shawna, Todd, Tyler, Brynn and Shelby; friend and mother of his children, Diane; mother, Lucille; siblings, Jim (Lavonne), Jeanne (Pat), Randy, Richard (Lori) and Cheryl (Rick); special friend, Lisa and her children, Maddy & Grant; the entire Forrest family; many nieces, nephews and friends. A Celebration of Wayne's Life will be on Wednesday, January 25th from 4-8PM with a time of sharing at 7PM at Bradshaw Celebration of Life Center, 2800 Curve Crest Blvd (NW corner of Hwy 36 and Co Rd 5), Stillwater. In honor of Wayne, please wear Green Bay Packer apparel.
