William James Walker

William James (Billy), age 61 of Stillwater, MN, passed away unexpectedly on October 23, 2026.

Billy is survived by his two sons, Kyle and TJ; parents, David and Carol Walker; two brothers, Kenny (Joan) and Michael (Angie) Walker; sister, Laurie Larson (and friend John); many nieces, nephews, great nieces, and great nephews. He is also survived by his special friend of many years, Kathy Schultz, and his best dog buddy, Chloe.

Billy loved art, nature, fishing, and everything to do with the St. Croix River. Billy was also certified as a dog trainer.

A visitation with a small ceremony will be held on November 17th, from 2-4 pm, at Bradshaw Funeral (2800 Curve Crest Boulevard, Stillwater) with a Celebration of Life to be held later.
