Loving mother, daughter, sister, and aunt passed away on February 23, 2021.

Jamie is preceded in death by her husband, Jack; and grandparents.

She is survived by her children, Londyn and Mason; parents, John and Sue Zustiak; brother, Jason (Jenny) Zustiak; grandma, Mary Smith; mother and father-in-law, Jay and Alysia; brother and sister-in-law, Jacob and family, Alysia and family; boyfriend, Chris; dog, Bones; many aunts, uncles, nieces, and nephews. She will be dearly missed.

Private family service. Livestream of service will be available 5PM Sunday, February 28th. In lieu of flowers, memorials preferred to family.
