Survived by children, Denise (Mike Annunziata) Jacoby and David (Autumn); former son-in-law, Jeff Jacoby; grandchildren, Megan (Alex) Pudlik, Ryan and Abby Jacoby, Ellysabeth and Joshua Triemert; 3 great-grandchildren; her faithful dog, Henri; many extended family and friends.
